Thanksgiving with Family!

 This year Mark & Jenna's family and Grandma and Grandpa Day all came down for Thanksgiving.  Grandma and Grandpa only stayed for Thanksgiving Day and went back the next morning but Mark and Jenna stayed for the weekend.  As always we had a delicious meal and ate way too much.  We tried to focus on our many blessings that we truly do have and enjoyed spending the time with family.

Highlights of the weekend:

*Taking the kids to a movie at the theater with cousins Thanksgiving evening while Jon, Mark, and their parents stayed home to play games and catch up.  We saw "Strange World" which was weird and kinda dumb and woke but oh well.  The kids had fun at the movie.  It was kind of a funny experience because Jenna bought the tickets and had accidentally purchased them for Wednesday instead of Thursday.  We didn't realize it until we were in our seats at the theater and another family came in and told us we were in their seats.  We got a theater worker to help us figure out the problem and then, embarrassed, we had to get them switched and thankfully there were still enough seats available to change our tickets over to Thursday.  Crisis averted but it made for a funny story!
