Two More Trips!

We were lucky enough to get to go on two additional trips together this year, just Jon and I!  After Mexico, I was able to fly out to AZ in July to meet Jon and see his new office at Arizona Pain Relief.  While there we also got to go to dinner and a movie with Scott (Allison was out of town), have a fancy catered dinner at Justin & Alissa’s, and go swimming with Justin and Alissa’s family.  It was fun to get to hang out and spend time with them! Jon and I also tried out I-fly for a new experience!  It was kind of nerve wracking at first but ended up being pretty fun but also pretty short-lived.  Overall, we enjoyed the experience but would have enjoyed it a lot more for about 1/3 the price!

The first weekend in October Jon and I travelled together to the Boston area to go to Catherine & Amy’s wedding in Cheshire, MA.  While there we drove up to Pelham, NH to visit Steve and Krista’s family, drove up to Maine to see a lighthouse and have some authentic Maine seafood, visited some Revolutionary War sights like Old North Bridge, and got to tour The USS Constitution in Boston.  It was really neat!  

Catherine and Amy’s wedding was really beautiful and they seem really happy together.  Amy is a great sister in law to add to the family.  The wedding included dancing and donuts.  I participated a little in the dancing and a lot in the donuts 😜. Haha, they were delicious!!  It was fun to see Catherine and Becky and Kristi and my mom at the wedding.  We got to chat and catch up so that was fun.  After the wedding, Jon and I went over to Becky and Isaac’s hotel room and hung out with them for a bit.  It was fun to get to see family outside our one annual visit each summer.
