This year has been fun watching all of the kids (maybe not Madi quite as much) get into watching the Vikings games with dad. They've all become huge fans and look forward every Sunday to coming home from church and watching the games together. Well we decided it was time we all go to our first game in person. We got tickets to a game and gave them to Zach for his birthday and planned a weekend up in Minneapolis. Since the Vikings ended up being decently good this year the game actually ended up getting "flexed" after we'd bought the tickets to 7pm Sunday night so we ended up needing to stay two nights in Minneapolis and miss half a day school on Monday but we had a great time! We enjoyed playing in the hotel pool, going to dinner at our favorite (Applebees), riding rides at the Mall of American, and- of course- the game! Lots of fun! Definitely want to do it again!
